Stop doing the things you know you shouldn’t be doing.
Stop doing the things deep down you know you shouldn’t be doing, the things deep down you know YOU don’t really want.
Stop doing the things you think you have to do to attain what you want or think you have to do because you can’t resist or something.
Stop doing the things that do not align with or embody who you know you are, and who you want to become.
You know deep down what you shouldn’t be doing, you have a feeling, you just feel and know “this doesn’t align with me, this isn’t for me, this is not what I want to do.”.
Things like drinking alcohol, or smoking cigarettes or other things, abusing stimulants, etc.
Just stop doing these things.
Everyday is a win when you resist these temptations.
The the more of these obstacles you remove, the easier, better, and probably faster you make progress on your path.
“To make progress each day, simply do not do the things that prevent you from progressing each day.”
When we do things that we know we shouldn’t be doing, especially each day with addictions, it blocks us from progressing in our path and what we want to do.
They are like weights attached to us, slowing us or preventing us from standing tall with valour but also humility and piety.
We feel a weight and tightness, a fatigue and sluggishness that only really seems to become apparent when we stop doing these things and feel their weight as we cast the shackles off and the lighter we feel afterwards.
Stop doing the things you know you shouldn’t be doing in order to restore the strength and will you had before them, and still have deep within you.
Stop doing the things you know you shouldn’t be doing, and the things you know you should be doing, and the things you want, will come closer to you naturally (maybe).
Stop doing the things you know you shouldn’t be doing.
