How To Smell Better

Smelling nice is a fundamental facet of beauty, which goes without saying. Things that smell nice are beautiful; We describe them all synonymously with nice, good, great, beautiful, heavenly, divine, and majestic. Your scent says a lot about you, just like all aspects do, since they are products of you.

  • Fundamentals of course come first.
  • Bathe every day,
  • Clean Clothes,
  • Deodorant, remembering to avoid antiperspirants (aluminum products),
  • Cologne or Perfume,
  • Bedsheets, You should aim to wash your bedsheets every 2 weeks minimum.
  • Shave, or Trim your armpits if you have hair there. If you trim your armpits to half what they are naturally (i.e. to under 1″), you can drastically reduce body odour by halving the surface area for bacteria to grow as well as for sweat to collect. By reducing hair length, it also improves the ‘stripping’ or cleansing effect of washing, reducing how much bacteria and invisible components stay on the hair after bathing. You can cut them as short as you want really, but to prevent the irritation of shaving the armpits and the hair growing back, trimming them between 0.4-1″ is good (i.e. just comfortably trimming them with grooming scissors).
