It is the capacity, as a threshold or pool to draw upon, of the organism to resist the forces that threaten or oppress biology, as well as its ability to live as an organism. To move, act, survive, and reproduce. It is the ability to resist stress, not strain, endure bruises, and perform, move, and activate. Overcoming challenge, conflict, and demands, without compensating by reducing or changing the way it lives. The ability to withstand the elements. This is why it is often used in congruence with health or HP; The stat that determines health in a video game. It is often also synonymous with Endurance, Stamina, and Energy.
A young buck refers to a young male full of vitality (often in the context of chasing women or does). In a way, it is perfectly encapsulated in the context of masculinity – the strength and life to fight and face challenge, as well the energy and overflowing essence or ‘lifeforce’ to reproduce. A hunter gatherer or ancient mythological hero illustrates this, a tall, fit, powerful, and commanding figure who is the most skilled at fighting, the most robust and sturdy, and driven to reproduce.

Fortified, Robust, Sturdy are some words to describe. Envigoured – to be filled with energy, strength, and power; To feel like you can do anything you want.
That all being said, vitality and vigour are essentially the same in women, but with a more subtle or nuanced, less stark illustration; The ability to exercise, resist strength, youthfulness, energy, and fertility are good words to describe it; Someone of good health, with a robust motivation for life, desire to move and exercise, good fertility and healthy cycles, confident and relaxed, ready to pursue anything they desire or move accordingly, spry and nimble and swift, fit, a ‘warm’ complexion, etc.
